Yan Adhi Pradana, S.T., M.Bus. holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Business from Monash University. He further strengthened his professional expertise through the The Insurance School (Non-Life) of Japan Advanced Course 2025. He began his career in the engineering and mining industries before transitioning into the insurance and reinsurance sector. His professional experience includes serving as an Underwriter at PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia and as Head of Facultative Non-Marine at PT Maskapai Reasuransi Indonesia, Tbk. On September 21, 2026, he joined PT Asrinda Arthasangga Reinsurance Brokers, bringing with him more than a decade of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, with particular expertise in underwriting, risk analysis, facultative business, reinsurance negotiations, and business process development.
